Mr. Brock has over 40 years of experience in the animal nutrition industry, where he has been actively involved in almost every aspect of commercial and retail segments, including Beef, Dairy, Swine, Equine, and Pet.

He graduated from Berry College in 1983 with a degree in Animal Science/Business and immediately began a career with Ralston Purina Company. Over the next 30 years at Purina, he held various positions in sales, sales management, business development, as well as executive positions at the regional and national level. The last 10 years of his career were spent serving as VP-Sales/Marketing, and ultimately President, of Westway Feed Products based in Houston, Texas.
Over his career, Rob has served on several business and industry association boards including two terms as board member and executive committee member at the AFIA (Animal Feed Industry Association).

Rob has been a successful builder of new businesses as well as driving cultural changes supported by strategic planning and implementation.
He and his wife, Amber, have been married for over 35 years and reside in Bell Buckle, TN.
